Reviews from Our Clients

Our experience with Mountain Closets was incredible—start to finish. They responded to my initial inquiry the same day and had a design tech come to our house for consultation the next week—he was funny, thoughtful, and very good at his job. Normally it takes 5-6 weeks for the materials to come in, but ours arrived in 3 weeks, and they were able to fit us in for install as soon as they came. The installers were wonderful—the process took less than 3 hours and they tidied up nicely after they were done. We are in love with the new closet storage system for our kids room and are definitely wanting to use Mountain Closets to design other closets in our house for maximum storage/usage. The product is not cheap, but in my opinion, it is 100% worthit if you have things falling out of your closet or just feel like you don’t quite have enough storage and are not sure how to utilize different spaces.

Having the master closet upgraded has been a great experience from the design to the installation. Summer was easy to work with and understood our wants and needs. Garth and Casey did the installation and did a wonderful job. They were timely, professional, and very respectful and considerate of our home. We would highly recommend Mountain Closets!

Mountain Closets did an amazing job of organizing our 25 + yrs of clutter. Summer’s designs and decorating ideas were perfect for our needs. Garth and company’s install was professional, on time and clean. They were terrific at adjusting the cabinets to our not so plumb and square walls.

We couldn’t be happier with our new closets and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Mountain Closets is amazing! We purchased a house that was almost thirty years old and everything in the house was “original”. We had Dan out to look at our closets and he listened closely to all of our needs. He sat at our dining room table and built out 5 closets for us on his computer and provided a quote to the penny right then and there.

The communication before the build was amazing. And the installation and clean up was flawless. We couldn’t have been more happy with the result.

Mountain Closets designed and installed a closet in our master bedroom for our condo in Aspen. The designer, Scott, spent about two hours with us taking measurements, producing a CAD presentation of the proposed unit. We were able to modify dimensions and elements and see renderings of each change. He was patient and polite ending up with our order. The office manager, Brittany kept us advised of the progress all the way through with cheerful responses to any questions. Installers Garth and Casey were efficient and completed the placement in less than a day leaving the unit and work area clean. They were good workers and very pleasant. Although my wife and I approved of the closet when work was finished, that weekend she discovered that the top hanging bar we had asked for in a two-bar hanging closet was too high for her to use without a step stool. Mountain Closets agreed to relocate the bar and add a half shelf she wanted quickly the same week and at no charge. They offer life-time guarantee on the closet which I doubt we will need to use. On top of all this, the cost we paid was considerably less than a similar closet quoted by a competitor. I recommend this company highly.

Everyone at Mountain Closets was such a pleasure to work with. From Dan to Brittany to Garth and the whole team. Problem-solving and creativity and making my vision come true! My garage is so amazing I could live in it! Now all my neighbors want to do the same thing. Highly recommend working with Mountain Closets!

From start to to finish, Mountain Closets were total pros on our closet organizing project. When you open your home to contractors, you never know what you're going to get -- and we've had some bozos. Mountain Closet's Scott (sales), Garth and KC (installation) were the team you hope are going to show up: prompt, polite, prepared, communicative, tidy. On all counts, they did what they said they were going to do and then went above and beyond. And our closets look and perform beautifully. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Too bad I'm out of closets.

We recently worked with Mountain Closets to add closet shelving and create a home office in a spare bedroom. Everyone was wonderful to work with. Katie laid out a plan for a desk, drawers, file cabinets and shelving in the office. The office is well-organized and fits our needs perfectly. The installers were professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. We can't recommend Mountain Closets highly enough!

Mountain Closets was the choice of my builder who was doing a major renovation in our townhouse. Mountain Closets completed the work on our closets on time and the workmanship was first rate. Then, I wanted to re-do my garage as I needed a way to access ski, snowboard and other cold weather gear in the winter, then store that in the summer so there was room for bikes, fishing gear, lawn chairs and other warm weather equipment. Mountain closets provided a detailed 3-D design including wall mounting, cabinet, and overhead storage solutions and a cost estimate very quickly after my call to them. The installation was scheduled at my convenience and they showed up with the right materials at the agreed date and time. The installation team worked over a couple day period and was very professional and accommodating. As in any construction project, there were a few last minute changes and asks (by me) that Mountain Closet’s team supported without issue. They continue to provide responsive service to answer my questions and help me as I optimize my storage needs.

From the initial sales call with Chris to installation the process was excellent. We also called two other cabinet companies who came out sent bids and totally dropped out. Chris responded to requests immediately. The product is solid and sturdy. We really enjoyed the process and once we finalized our order, it was installed in 6 weeks. Fantastic

We had a great experience with Mountain Closets from the initial design consultation with Scott, the clear communication from Brittany and the quick and clean installation. We are very pleased with the finished product as well.

We had a great experience with Dan and his team from initial evaluation to project completion. I like to support local businesses whenever possible. Garth and the instal team were clean and friendly. Highly recommend Mountain Closets!
